Adrian Davis founded Ellis Reid Advisors after working as a senior executive in manufacturing and distribution companies.  He is committed to helping small businesses gain access to the resources they need to succeed.  He has a long track record of success at companies large and small including; Kraft Foods, Post Cereals, Kleen Test Products, B/E Aerospace, Amazon, and Shur-Line.  

Additionally, Adrian has almost a decade of experience leading Private Equity held portfolio companies.

Chief Operating Officer – PE Held Manufacturing/Distribution company – Adrian spent 4 years as the leader of this retail trades business; International footprint – $400M annual revenue. Multiple M&A deals executed during tenure. As the COO Adrian also had the following responsibilities:

Chairman – International Sourcing Firm – Hong Kong – Spent 2 years guiding this firm through the pandemic.

Managing Member – HBC Sourcing China LTD

Managing Member – Thailand Sourcing LTD

VP/GM/President of retail trades business – $75M annual revenue – PE Held Manufacturing Company – Adrian spent 4 years leading this company. Multiple M&A deals executed during tenure.

Director of Operations/Plant Manager – Multiple firms; both large/small – Aerospace, Distribution, Consumables Manufacturing – 10 years.
